Internet Society Islamabad Chapter (ISOC-IBD)

The Internet Society Islamabad Chapter (ISOC-IBD) is a registered non-profit organization dedicated to advancing the vision of an open, globally connected, secure, and trustworthy Internet in Pakistan.

As one of the officially recognized chapters of the Internet Society (ISOC) — a global organization founded in 1992 — our mission is to empower Pakistan’s digital ecosystem through awareness, education, and collaboration.

Our mission is to:

Our Global Connection

As part of the Internet Society (ISOC Global Network), our chapter aligns with international goals and collaborates with organizations like ICANN, APNIC, and ISOC Asia-Pacific Bureau to represent the voice of Pakistani Internet users at the global level.

ISOC-IBD is recognized as an At-Large Structure (ALS) by ICANN, allowing our members to participate directly in global Internet policy and governance discussions.

What We Do
